GM Des, and associates David and Preston, were all phenomenal. I called about an issue with my unit. It was fixable but was going to take a little while, and I was very short on time due to upcoming travels. The team explained how the rates worked according to time of year, etc., and they explained I could move everything into another available unit in the building at a rate almost half of what I had been paying!
Everything was super smooth with the paperwork, and I was able to get this all taken care of within less than a week's time.

On top of all that, any time I'm here the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure the dollies are accounted for and the hallways on the floors are swept and clean. I've used this Cubesmart location multiple times over the years, and it's been a great experience each time!
