Not suited to store anything beyond decorations. The “climate controlled” section is only about 5 degrees below the outside. This means on hot days the units are in the mid 80’s. The very high inside temperatures combined with lack of air circulation means the humidity is very high, and your clothes and soft materials (padding for helmets or boots) will mold. They lock the thermostats so you also cannot lower the temperature when the system is not set to a proper temperature, even though you are paying extra for that feature. You wouldn’t rent an apartment that went into the upper 80’s even though you were paying for air conditioning would you?

Once you’re out of the introductory period, rent is increased by about 10% a year, which is staggeringly high.

The hours of access are extremely limited. The office closes about 4-5 hours before access hours end, so there isn’t anyone there anyways, but they arbitrarily cut off access at 10 even though it’s fully self service.

Velvet was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She made it a simple smooth process since I’ve never had a storage unit before.
