CubeSmart Self Storage

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Nobody is never in the office and nobody ever answers the phone. Came here on a Saturday(today) to get a unit rented but again all 3 times I tried coming back nobody was in the office. How many lunch breaks does a person need! SO BE AWARE TO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. You’ll do NOTHING but waste your time sitting around waiting on someone to show up!!

The staff is outstanding! Jeffrey and Yvonne are professional and personable. However the facility has a black mold and and rat infestation. I do not recommend until this problem is fully resolved. Upon clearing out my unit I noticed the trail of mold from the next unit and the temperature was moist and warm throughout the facility. Claiming to be climate controlled, it was obvious that on a number of occasions (visited weekly) the temperature is not properly regulated. I would notice rat feces in the common area. Grateful I kept my belongings double bagged.

Ms.Yvonne is the BOMB❤️. She went above and beyond . She respects peoples time and people’s belongings as well. After having the worst storage experience of my life with another company I vowed to never rent a self storage unit again. Cube smart changed that . The facility is secure and safe. Also its another toung man in the young as well .He is AWESOME I honestly just forgot his name but great team @ the Allentown road location!!❤️
