Absolutely horrible. Most of my moms things were ruined, they have a severe rodent problem. I filed a claim and was denied because losses due to rodents aren’t covered under the mandatory insurance, true waste of money. It was truly devastating, thousands lost. They don’t care, heed my warning don’t use this storage, your things will be destroyed. Was only here for less than 3 months.
