If there was a rating for -10, I would give a -30. The service was horrendous, unprofessional, vindictive, and threatening. I was FORCE to cancel my current contract of 2 months and sign a new contract under duress! The new contract was increased over $100. Management (John) was very combative, inflexible, and used a bait and switch routine to force me out of my current contract. I asked to speak to his manager, and he stated 'NO'. He stated, 'As a matter of fact, I will call them to increase your price even high than my recommendation!' He continued to gaslight me when I referred to my current contract. He then stated, 'I am build for this', stood up against the wall and stared at me! He ensured that I wouldn't come anywhere close to my current contract. John then stated, I either tow your bus or you sign this new contract. While reading the proposed contract, I had 2 questions about the language. At this point, his workmate left the office (no one in the office now). While asking the first question, John stated, 'I am tired of you, I will call and have you removed from the premises!' 'Do you have any other questions!' I felt harassed, humiliated, and retaliated against. And, I'm only highlighting the disrespectful pieces, more to discuss with CubeSmart corporate. Pretty quiet. Employees were nice and professional.

Mason had guests before me. He was pleasant and did not rush them, answered all their questions. He was very patient, pleasant and present with me. I asked several questions and he was very knowledgeable and provided answers. I thought the fees were extreme but when you have great customer service it helps to balance expectations.
