Pricing just kept going up and up and up more than doubling my initial price not understanding that. Found another location same service and size at 3/4 the savings and I’ll be moving.

Have been a customer for maybe 2 years now with little to no issues, Staff here is very helpful and respectful!

Awful and rude experience. I reserved a unit online for my business, with a move in date for the following month. I paid the fee and assumed we would move in on the date selected as the move in date. I got a rude call a few days later letting me know (in a most condescending manner) that my lock had not been purchased. I was surprised, as I looked through all email communication and there were no specific onboarding instructions that said I had to physically go to the store to put a lock on the unit prior to our move in date. It seems illogical to put a lock on a unit until the day of move in. After a circular conversation with the GM of this location, I asked him to cancel our contract and refund the money, as their onboarding process was vague/ambiguous and did not make sense. As a business owner, the last thing I want to deal with, are rude vendors who cannot communicate. I was told he had to check with upper management. I told him the refund would need to be a check since the account we paid from had major fraud the week before, and had to be shut down. Once again, he did not listen and attempted to process a $20-ish refund (a fraction of what I paid) to the card (that was no longer active). I have since followed up with management, only to be told the refund was processed (it wasn't as the bank account was closed before they 'processed' the refund).

Stay away from this business. They don't have clear and concise onboard instructions and are rude at best. They will gladly take your money and outright lie about refunding it when they make a mistake. I find it is better to deal with locally owned and operated storage facilities (that is what we ended up doing). Zero stars, do not recommend!
