Excellent customer service assisting in preparation and the initial start up process! Very clean and easy to navigate!

The facility is clean and secure. However, the pricing is ridiculous. I’ve had a unit there for over two years and the monthly rate increased several times a year with no warning. Rates vary by the day when you go to reserve, and are different online than in store. I transitioned into a smaller unit a few months ago, the day I reserved the price had gone up nearly 50% from earlier in the week. 4 months later my monthly rate just went up another 30%. I’m now paying as much as I was for a unit 4x the size. I’m paying $130/mo for the same size unit listed online at $13. Incredibly frustrating, I’ll be looking by elsewhere.

This is a clean and secure space, but the staff is first rate. That is what make the difference for me.
