CubeSmart Self Storage

Spoke to an agent yesterday on the phone who was extremely helpful and nice. Provided some of the best phone customer service I could ask for. Had to come in the next day because I wasn’t able to sign my documents online for whatever reason and was greeted by Sherry and Nikisha. Nikisha was super sweet and funny…she honestly felt like home away from home. She helped set me up with my storage unit, showed me around and made sure everything was to my liking. 10/10 would highly recommend getting a storage unit with them! Thanks ladies!!!

Nikisha & Shari were very nice when I went to CubeSmart to store my vehicle! They explained everything well so there were no surprises. The area is very clean & I knew that my car would be safe there! My car was stored for 2 months & I didn't have any issues whatsoever! I removed my car when the office was closed, but I forgot to notify them. Nikisha called me to see if I'd moved my car temporarily or permanently. She was so nice about it & she'd asked if I'd made it through the snow! I'm from SC , so snow isn't something that I'm accustomed to at all. We had a good laugh about that! If I ever have a need for storage, I would definitely use CubeSmart! I appreciated the excellent customer service that Nikisha provided!

CubeSmart in Salisbury, MD on Glen Avenue is definitely a storage facility to rent from. Nikisha and Sherri are AWESOME. From the first day we met them, til the day we secured our 'cube', they were professional and clearly explained every detail. No fuss, no muss. No need for crayons or pictures. The process was smooth and easy. These women deserve respect, praise, oh yea, and a raise. Thank you Sherri and Nikisha for helping us make the transition an easy one.

Went today for the 3rd day in a row exhausted and tired from moving! I pull to the side as always putting my code and open the back entry way I then walk and open the outside garage door so that I can put my vehicle inside and unload. I back in I turn off my truck and I hit the button to open my back door. I’m inside looking for the key to my unit. I think I hear a noise I look around. I don’t see anything. I continue to hear the noise and I look up and I see the gate coming down I see the lady just her shirt and I’m thinking maybe she’s just testing the door so I continue to look for my key as I find my key. I look up. She’s locked me out of the storage I can’t get back in. so I called inside and I say I’m in the building and somebody literally just came and locked me out and they looked and saw my vehicle she says I didn’t see anyone and clearly my vehicle is there. My hatchback is open and I’m in my vehicle. She says I thought you were leaving. I said well I saw you walking away she says in a nasty way if you saw me, why didn’t you say anything? Why in the heck would you lock me inside or not yell out and say hey are you OK? Is everything OK? Why would I just pull into a storage and just sit there like she’s so unprofessional? I could’ve had a medical emergency or anything, but she didn’t give me time. I literally pulled in opened my trunck sat there looking for the key and she locked me out. I’m just so pissed right now I’m tired. I drove four hours and then after she comes to unlock the door she doesn’t apologize she doesn’t address me. She hit the button and walks away. I will never use this place again ever and I’m sitting on the side of the building now looking for another storage. Her name is Kesha and her professionalism sucks!!
