CubeSmart Self Storage

Been with this cube smart for at least 2 years and have not had any issues, other than increasing rates. I come to my unit at least once a month and have never seen any sign of pest, until this week there was mouse poop spread throughout my unit. I emptied and cleaned my entire unit coming across several live mice…(I understand that storage facilities have problems with these issues) when I finished cleaning my unit I left the mouse poop in a pile so that it would be noticed by staff. The manager then calls me accusing me that it’s my fault for the mice. When explaining why I know I’m not at fault she proceeds to tell me she’s going to file for me to be evicted then hangs up on me. Horrible customer service!!

Dont waste your money with them.. they dont care about loyal customers.. they just want to squeeze every penny out of you.

I love this storage facility it's clean and the staff is incredible!

Rude customer service and constantly raising rates.
