I had the absolute worst service by the general manager she was racist, prejudice, and so unprofessional.. I don’t want anybody to go there to experience what I experienced.. She was disgusting!!!!! horrible place to go for storage!!! Storage is not that big of a deal, The way the general manager talk to me was absolutely horrible and I will be reaching out to HR!

Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Want to dictate their terms to you. Worst storage people in business. They want to make money selling locks instead of renting you storage space. Will never go there again.

Great experience and units are easy to access with a drive through option.

The front desk staff is rude and arrogant.
