I highly recommend you do not store here. In Aug 2024 we had someone break into our unit by accessing the unit behind us. We didn't find out until we went to our unit days later. Management did not inform us there was a theft. They let us sit there and wait while someone was continuing to steal. Had we not found it ourselves it could have been months without knowing. After finding out they have done nothing to prevent it from happening again. Anyone can access an open unit and jump over the top. There is nothing stopping them. When asked if we would receive any compensation for pain and suffering. The answer was no, we still pay $165 a month to potentially have our belongings stolen again. I would recommend you store your things at Harrisonburg Self Storage. We never had an issue there.

The units are nice and well kept. I like how everything is indoor an climate controlled. The lady's at the front desk were just as nice as they could be helping me out. The doors into the building are code lock so people can't get in easy to steal your stuff. I like that a lot. 10/10 would recommend.
