Great service, Courtney was really helpful and so nice.

Ok so we have been here for 2 years and the gate has been broken for months. I am paying for security and that can't be done without the gate. Come on Cube Smart, get it right! Ok editing my previous comment and lowering my stars. Gate still not fixed and just got another 5% increase. Really every 6 months there is a 5% increase and THE GATE IS STILL NOT FIXED? What am I paying for!

Courtney, the desk representative, was very helpful. The storage unit was easy to access - even on a holiday!

Only complaint was that I didn’t realize the main office was several miles away from the main storage area, and I wish that would have been more clear upfront. Someone may very well have told me that, and I wasn’t paying enough attention.

Overall, a great experience.
