So the application and paying and receiving the information about my cube storage was smooth did everything online did not have to go in in person the only thing I recommend is making sure to read the letter in front of your number of the storage building I was seeing it as 06 when it was indeed 06 so the letter o then the number six and on the end of the buildings they have the numbers and that's where you're going to find your letter and then your number so that is a bit confusing but other than that everything went smoothly also I would really like for somebody to be there on the property when I try to go into the office it was closed temporarily it had a number to call but of course it was the automated line so just having somebody there to actually assist us would be kind of nice

Sign up online was so easy! I actually did it while on the way to the unit. The on-site manager was very friendly and super helpful. The unit was ready for use with no issues. I feel like security is on point. It’s perfect for my needs.

Conditioned units are hardly conditioned at all. They say that they are supposed to be 55 degrees …. I’ve had 2 so far. More like 35.

The online experience was great, simple and easy direct to the point however have not been able to contact anyone at the local CubeSmart store to get keys and or lock combination for the gate. Anything have gone by and called several times and have not been able to contact anyone And no one has respond to the voice messages left.

Osha was so pleasant with answering all of my questions. Everything I come in she always has a smile on her smile.
