If I could give ZERO stars I would. The Belmont office botched our paperwork and we had to be escalated going all the way back to November 2023. We have been waiting on a callback from the district manager Kent since July 11 and now we are waiting for the divisional vice president Jim to call us back and still no reply. I’m not sure what kind of business Cube Smart is running and what kind of customer service they think they have, but it is some of the worst that I’ve dealt with in working retail.

There were giant spiders and creatures in my thousand dollar shoe collection!!!!!! Zero stars given!!!!!!??????????????????
