Booked online but ended up going in to talk to crystal about my booking. She was VERY kind, polite and got me the right size storage that best suited my needs for a great price! Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!!! Keep up the good work. I won’t store with anyone else from now on.

DONT RENT A UNIT HERE!!! They use special promo discounts and then jack the price way up within 6 months, and who knows when they will do it again, probably every 3-6 months. My unit went up $60 and was over $200 a month and not even climate controlled. I rented 2 units in September for a supposed 'deal' they guaranteed IN WRITING the rental price was good for one year, clearly they LIED. I just received a notice the rent is going up 25% after just 6 month. And they will not honor the original deal. I am leaving as soon as I can find a new location. I would be highly suspect of this company due to their deceptive business practices.

UPDATE: Your response is canned and generic. It does nothing to address the fact that you will not honor your commitment. I already reached out BEFORE I left this review and was told sorry, it's corporate raising the price.

I moved out of my storage space early and they refused to give me a prorated refund for the days I was no longer going to be using them.
