DONT RENT A UNIT HERE!!! The Regional Manager even admitted to me that they use special promo discounts and then jack the price way up. My unit went up $60 and was over $200 a month and not even climate controlled. While I was fighting this with the corporate office, the local office auctioned off my stuff including family heirlooms that were priceless to me. Even though they had my new contact info they never reached out to me using the new info and held the auction anyway. I am currently pursuing legal action!!!!!
Notice the comment below from Cube Smart corporate. I did email them and have never received a response and the the regional manager and location manager that promised to follow up never did. They are money hungry
assholes that don't care about the customer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
