CubeSmart Self Storage

Hello I'm new at cube smart in Gastonia. Brandon was very helpful he even waited on me to make sure the size of my unit was feasible seeing how I couldn't make up my mind . The price was what was quoted on line the inside was secure and cool.

I really liked the way when you go on the lights lead you to where your unit is in case you get lost. Lol ..like me. I felt like my storage was safe. Looking forward to a painless experience.

Brandon really explained everything to me so I new what was what showed me the storage unit explained how to use the lock how to get in and out of the building how to open and close the outer door. Just very helpful.

11/22 Everyone was super nice and helpful, gave me a tour, and a rundown of everything and how it all works. Great customer service.

2/25 Update: Everyone was amazing, customer service was great, and moving out was easy and I just needed to let them know and leave my locker open when I was finished. Only downside is the price was going up every few months, but other than that, it was great. Would recommend to anyone looking
