Excessive rate increases. Within 6 months had 3 rate increases. The price more than double during my time with them.

Raised rates after 4 months.

I reserved a unit online and received a follow up call to confirm as well as answer any questions that I may have had. The representative very courteous and friendly. Ease of access to my storage unit is also great! I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

The customer service staff I dealt with were very accommodating. One even went so far as to move the unit I was assigned, which was located in an extremely dark corner, to another unit. I didn't even have to ask for the switch. The storage facility was very clean.
