Some of best customer service I have received today. Phone call from 'Holly' at cubesmart about my account. She took the time to speak with me about my account issues currently, when to resolve them, and not just that. She spoke to me about life, things I currently have going on, and honestly made me feel as if I was speaking to family. She gave probably the best advice I have received in a long time. Not just advice either, it was clarity for my mind, and words needed to hear. Thank you Holly for great customer service and overall being a human, taking time to speak with me.
