Chelsea is THE BEST!!. She made the transaction so smooth as we laughed and talked during the process. She was headed to assist another agent at another facility but made sure she took care of her customers(as she should but some may have stated they are closed) before me and myself. As we walked to look at the unit we found out we had a few things in common. This was a very professional, outgoing agent that assisted both of us. Keep smiling and being the wonderful customer service agent you are. Just to add the owner(money hungry) will tell you to send a message but yet won't respond to it. They have no care in helping you responding just to respond. The insurance is a joke, they will tell you you can't take it off unless you add your own knowing they have in there all the things that can destroy your unit as the very thing that will cause it to be denied. Another money scam as they take your $12 faithfully every month. My unit 127 is cleared out and I have notified the Office via message and verbally that I have moved my things out(what I could save) but yet here they are sending automated messages for a new bill due?!. I wish I would pay for something I NEVER will use ever again. My bill was due on the 27th of every month and I just paid it on the 28th and here Jan 6, 2025 I had to get out of there and paid for a new storage unit elsewhere . I want all of my money back and will fight to get that also. Bill Pawlin claims there's water damage inside and will send me another email attached with a document?.(now Robert, Bill's supervisoe comes back to back pedal on that). There's no indication of that either?.( all THEY DO IS LIE). Whether I win or not I'm going to go see a lawyer on them!!. When money, power and greed becomes more important than human decency, we are doomed!!. I cant understand why does a landscaper push the debris UNDER the unit and not AWAY FROM, still baffles me?!!. What a naive thing to do causing dust and damage to people's personal items?!.

They were extremely helpful, jovial and accommodating. Definitely will rent from them.
