CubeSmart employees are often extremely helpful and polite , however the company as a whole is not good. After you move in they will continue to raise the price often for no reason . Don’t believe your initial quote.

At first i thought it was easy to reserve online with decent price. But upon arriving to claim my storage unit, was surprised with an additional fee for insurance, which recurs monthly This was not disclosed upon my reservation. Whatever …i was tired after moving furniture all day and just paid it. Then we get to the unit and it was so rusted up we could barely open the lock feature, let alone the struggle to get the door that much needed a lube job to open and close properly. Inside was a bag with a $20 lock we did not need Which required us to go in the office again to return so we wouldn’t be charged for it. There was also a paper stuck to the wall saying the unit was cleaned for us with clean walls and floors. Not the case at all. Then we had enter a code to get out of the lock up area. And then we also found out we could only access our unit during specified times . All this and the unfriendly service at the place itself is very disconcerting. Won’t use these people in the future.

Lisa and Bin are very accommodating, informative and Exceptionally kind to me they were. Please forgive my tardiness with this review . Hope that this reaches them and bring joy to their hearts and smiles to their faces.
