Renting online was super easy, and the unit was ready almost immediately. The person who called to follow up was very friendly and the email and text communications on how to access the unit were informative and easy to understand.

Great customer service

I’ve only had this unit for a few months and received a notice my rate increased. When I went to go discuss it, nothing the woman said made any sense as to explain it. She stated they have the right to increase rates whenever they want and that the supply is very limited and rates are also higher than when I came in 4 months prior. She then tried to prove it but ended up showing me several available units, the exact same size, AC controlled that were almost $70 less than I was paying! When I asked what can be done she basically told me I should just take my items back home.
