Apparently, they have some sort of security issues there with units being burglarized. They also have doors that that are on the outside of the building that have apparently been forced or broken into best to stay clear of this place until they resolve the issues and after reading some of the reviews, it looks like they raised the right rates quite often. Look at the photos of the door taken January 2025. This has been like this for almost a year.

I would not rent from Cubesmart ever again. They offer half price promos then your rate jumps way up. Then, I got a letter saying they were raising the rent from $150 to $200! That’s an over a 30% increase in one year. That’s really outrageous. Also, they do not prorate so you will lose money unless you give them a 30 days notice. Just be wary of this company.

Manager was excellent in every respect!

I was able to neatly organize my items in the storage unit.

Jay is absolutely incredible! He is friendly, knowledgeable about the field, and overall an incredible person.
