So bad customer service, if there’s any issue or have any questions there’s nobody in the actual store. It seems like employee takes 10 breaks at least. Every single there’s a sign saying they’ll be back

James was super helpful and I really appreciate the extra time he took to make sure my issue was resolved fully!

Cheap rates, very spacious, the inside units have motion activated lights, they have convenient (although difficult to navigate) carts throughout the facility, easily accessible.
Best part besides the prices is the staff - they were outwardly helpful from the minute we walked in the door, clearly having never done this before. James, the new manager, is incredibly kind and helpful, attentive, & a funny, friendly guy.
