The location availability and the manager Devin was so very very helpful as I’ve never rented one before so Thank you for being there for me when I needed it and Thank you for Having such a great employee in Devin.

Rented from them for over two years. Throughout that time prices went up roughly 30%. Despite price increases, for close to an entire calendar year the entrance gate was NEVER closed or locked, meaning anyone had access to the unsecured storage yard and facilities. To top all of this off, after over two years of paying for a unit I moved my items out and left 1-2 boxes in the unit that were not needed. Mind you, there are no accessible dumpsters on site for customers to utilize. Well, CubeSmart had apparently removed my payment method, then charged me an additional month due to the two tiny boxes, and THEN a late fee on top of it due to them removing my automatic payments. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
