The staff was very accommodating and I thoroughly enjoying experience with Yusueli. She was great.

It’s difficult to have confidence in a company whose administration allows for such misleading advertising. The company claims first month is free, but when you get to the storage space, it turns out there are so many fees that you pay more than the actual monthly storage fee. And when you’re there with your vehicle loaded with boxes, it’s Not easy to back out.

The storage itself is OK, but I wish the company would be more honest in its advertising.

CubeSmart Self Storage is an amazing facility for storage. The online staff made it so easy to rent and gave suggestions for size of unit. As soon as I signed up on-line, the on-sight staff called to let me know the procedures to gain access to the building. When I arrived at the building, the staff was very helpful and showed me how to use a cylinder lock. The building and grounds are impeccably kept, very clean and well lit. They provide carts to move your storage items which was a nice surprise. The elevators are large which was very helpful when moving in a king size mattress. Overall a great experience!
