I am only giving 5 stars because of Maddy if not for her, it would one damn star and I leave. She is the BEST manager who has been in that facility from cubesmart! You people botched this transition. And MADDY SAVED THE DAY! No one replies to emails but Maddy took my terse pissed off call with grace and professionalism. Thank GOD for Maddy. Promote her please. She is a saving grace.
