Maddy is GM and Manny is the new DM who monitors the OPERATIONS. LOVELY MANAGEMENT AND OVERALL RELATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS, professional and still friendly.

They are accommodating and I was extremely happy with the service and the overall customer experience! I highly recommend this for anyone!

Important: do not worry, the entire building and parking lot is secured and you need pin access to enter parking, the building, and elevators!!!
Management is attentive to everything that occurs, they keep up with the property to ensure that there are not issues, that it stays in good condition and they personally check each unit and verify that they are secure and nothing looks tampered and if there is an issue they call immediately.

The front desk manager operator was excellent and very helpful guiding me through the application and set up process. Made it easy for me and very straight forward with rules to make sure I was well taken care of.

I do not normally write review, but on this one I had to I wanted to thank Maddy the general manager for being so professional and very helpful with my move in she was just amazing and greeting me with a smile she is so kind and caring the facility was very clean. Thank you so much this place I will definitely recommend

IF U ARE A BUSINESS OWNER, OR LIVE IN MIAMI BEACH OR A TOURIST, I WAS RENTING IN THIS PLACE FOR A YEAR N A HALF, SO PLEASE READ BEFORE U RENT FROM THIS PLACE:

Today I took all my stuff from the storage n rented out from another company

1- The staff in this place treat everyone disrespectfully, they yell at you if u spend some extra 5 mins as you need it in your garage, they will be rushing you out every time, even though I didn’t finish from your work in the garage yet !

2- this place opens at 9:30AM - 6pm

Currently in my new storage company they open at 6AM - 10pm so pls put that in mind that their open hours are extremely unsuitable for the money you pay, for business owners or for ppl that need to come often to their storage.

The staff there are reckless, the woman with lot of tattoos and the other woman with the glasses, they always give people hard times and rush them up, to make you leave asap so that they can leave the place, they don’t care about you or the business !

They don’t respect you, you spend your money, regardless they don’t care, bc they get paid anyways.

3- they will try to find any small reason to give you a fine, I left some cloths on the cart, n forgot about it for 3 days, n she called me twice, first call she said if u didn’t come to pick it up today, u will get a fine for it, then in the second call when I sent a friend of mine to take my things as I was far away, ON THE SAME DAY, so I don’t get a fine, she said here’s a fine for $100 !!!!!

Also, a lot of homeless people over there and on top of that, the headache of the staff.

In conclusion:

go do your own do diligence,start comparing with other storage companies and read people’s experience through the reviews for each storage company, before you jump in n pay your money.
