First time renting with cube smart and definitely worth it. Joslyn was so nice very professional and very helpful and Maddy was very professional as well and very informative with details about the storage units. Good employees working here. Very helpful and professional. I was not sure what unit size to get and both employees were beyond helpful. Thank you cubesmart on south beach.

The worst facility in all of Miami Beach. The most rude service. People smoking pot from their units. Not clean and not covid compliant.

I received a call from the General Manager, Maddy, informing me that my storage unit was not properly secured. Upon returning to check, I found she was absolutely correct! Her keen attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of everything happening at this location are truly impressive. I can't thank her enough!

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to recognize Maddy the general manager. My hubby has a unit at the Alton Road one and I always go with him. Maddy is always so sweet when we stop in, she's very professional and dedicated to her job. The place is always very clean. I felt that she needs to be recognized. Great job Maddy keep it up.
