Store 0757. This is about the person who works there, Betty. She is warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I had unit 3121, however have rented for many years off and on with your company.

The storage facility is functional and meets my needs, but it does have some issues. Carts are not always available, the gate has been left open at times, and the charges were not pro-rated when I closed my account early due to company policy. This is in contrast to other competitors who include pro-rating as part of their contract. Overall, while it serves its purpose, there is definitely room for improvement.
