CubeSmart Self Storage

This is a tremendous shout out to Teresa G. After a hectic 2 weeks of my family’s life, funerals, looking for a new home, school and everyday life Teresa was the nicest person to pick up the phone. Panicked that the elevators didn’t work and we only had 2 hours to get our life moved into a storage unit, Teresa helped us find multiple units that would fit to our needs. She was so patient, kind and very understanding. We even shared a couple of laughs in between the craziness. She was able to settle us in a storage unit that we could easily access and made our night. I didn’t know how else to thank her except for this review. She is truly an amazing customer service representative and I wish more people were like her. Thank you so much for making a miracle happen for us. Great experience, great storage and a great person!
