Very helpful front office. Had to leave due to price increases but it was no fault of theirs.

I Philip at the Cutler Bay CubeSmart self storage was beyond helpful not only did he take his time to make sure that I got the correct storage. He also gave words of encouragement. I’m going through a separation and everything has always been done through my husband, so I was very scared and overwhelmed with a lot of the changes that I had to do. mainly moving a house, absolutely by myself I was scared of the cost not knowing if I would afford the storage let alone continue to pay on it not only did Philip walk a lot while Miami’s weather is out of all-time high until I found a storage shed I was comfortable with he made should’ve provided me with all the correct and accurate information. I would need to make sure that this was a perfect fit. I thank God I walked in to the specific location because I got more than customer service. I got exceptional customer service.
