Chris has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with and I am not leaving so, no need to say farewell. I just moved to a smaller storage unit. I was renting a very large unit and then I went to a medium size unit and now I’m going to a small size unit.

The reservation process online and completion of the rental is extremely easy and efficient. The only issue I had was that I could not remove the purchase of a high security lock. I already had several from prior rentals and didn’t need to purchase another but could not figure out how to remove it. It was an unnecessary $20 fee that should have been optional. Also the admin fee of $29 seems unnecessary especially since everything was completed online. While I understand the local employees due ensure the units are clean and leave a welcome bag in the unit, it just seems like another unnecessary fee. I’ve used CubeSmart in another city and have had nothing but the best experience and customer service hence returning once again. They are very accommodating if having a POD delivered which I did this time around. No issues with having it there for 48 hrs. Definitely would recommend this company.
