Mark at store #0522 was very helpful and professional. Good customer service in general at this location. However, when I moved out on 2/15 I found my property damaged by raccoons or rats. I had reported one box that had been damaged on 1/10 to Christian and he said he was going to report it and take care of the issue. But I guess he never reported or took care of it. After I moved out on 2/15, I reached out to the insurance company and unfortunately they don’t cover this type of damage. Who do I hold accountable for the damages to my property?! This is bad for your business if you have an infestation problem in your location.
