I love CubeSmart. Always clean and the staff are super friendly.

This is a nice storage unit. It’s clean and convenient. You can use your phone to get your code so you don’t have to carry any papers around or anything like that. The only thing I don’t like is that the rent gets raised quite often. I get emails saying that the rent is going to go up and the other thing that I don’t like, Is that the last four times that I’ve been to the storage to Either take something there or grab something out there have been no lights in my storage area. I asked one of the cleaning people and she said that it’s been out for a while and they’re waiting for some kind of a fuse or something. But I just don’t feel like it’s fair that I pay $120 a month and when I go to my storage, I have to take a flashlight, which makes it very hard to go through my things that I need. I can understand the light being out for a week or so, but it was out for months. That’s alot of money to pay to be inconvenienced for that long.
I did just go there last week and the lights were finally on again .
Change my review to a one star they now raised the rent $20 a month.
Revisiting this review again, the owner / manager did call me and offer to keep the rent the same for the moment. You do keep referencing the fact that they did not up the rent after the hurricane as they said they were going to. Which almost made me even a little more aggravated being at the hurricane really affected people financially, and that was the first thing they thought of was raise
the rent. But he did offer to keep the rent the same we’ll see how long that

The staff is nothing but amazing. I’ve been with my location for two years now and I’m glad to see the same faces. Highly recommend this company for trusting them with your storage needs.
