Carts at the entrance way made moving what we needed to store quick and easy.

I've rented there for a month now(just after it opened) and it's been a problem! The elevator has been broke down and all the carts are now gone. What is the staff at this place even doing? How about you look at those cameras and see who took a cart and didn't bring it back!
