My Amazon package was delivered there rather than the hotel next door by mistake.I went and talked to the woman at the office. She started to look I even gave her the exact location and time of when and where the item was delivered. She could have gone right to that time. Instead she blew me off. I asked for the manager she said she was the manager her name is Dawn. She said she had some things to do then she was going to review the video and call me back. That never happened. Good thing I didn’t rent a storage there because I would’ve been ignored if I needed anything. It sad that she didn’t even tried to help.

Very easy to move in

Ordered online but unit was not available when I went in but the office staff was very helpful and found me 2 units but I didn't need the second one and they worked with me on that. I'm very happy and the staff went above and beyond to help.
