I was welcomed & promptly shown the facility, my unit I was assigned to and what to expect when we enter so we know the functions and procedures they adhere to. I had the privilege to speak to Connie. So friendly, understanding, informative, professional, and I could continue on. After explaining to her what three sizes of units I wanted to take a look at, we took off all the time Connie explaining every detail of this newly constructed building. I was in awe of the detailed set up of the layout. Once I decided on the one I wanted, Connie showed how to use the lock explaining the reason of the choice of the lock. She continued to show me the entrance choices, the phone app. She definitely dotted all the “I” & crossed all the “t”s. I’m sure the owner knows that he has a phenomenal employee.
