CubeSmart Self Storage

I rented a unit at this location back in the middle of September of 2024. I was told by the person, and on the app. when I rented it, that It would be half price of the normal price for as long as I rented the unit. Well, guess what? It wasn't!! Approximately 2 weeks ago I got a note in the mail saying that they're raising the price, effective immediately, by almost 29%!! When I went in there and talked to the person in the office they said Well, sorry, but there's nothing we can do about it. Even though when I went on the app again there were units that were the same size but cheaper than what I was paying before the price increase! Which is a joke, and it's false advertising. I am going to put a formal complaint in with the state of Florida regarding this issue. Therefore I would not recommend going to this location, or probably any other Cubesmart, because of these issues. By the way, if you do rent a unit here and you drive through the lanes, you will see notices on some of the units that are being abandoned by the renters and therefore the contents being sold at auction. I wonder if there's a connection between what I just set above and this issue?

Ease of online registration and information.

The customer service was wonderful. The units are very clean. The worker was very very helpful. Would recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit!
