CubeSmart Self Storage

This is the most horrible storage unit I've ever rented from. I had a feeling to pick up my belongings from this location and when I got there, the majority of my things were covered in mold...mind you we were paying top dollar for climate control. Unfortunatly family photos and other personal items can never be replaced. The staff is very rude and didn't even apologize to us absolutly cold people totally ignoring you while trying to have a conversation. I will definitly be taking this to corporate.

Both Ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered my questions and went over policy several times until I finally understood! (My Brain was on hold! Lol) Very reasonable rates also. This is in Leesburg on corner of Center Street.

I am very fortunate to find such nice people to deal with during my tenure at Cube Smart.

Quick and easy. Drove to the storage place, put in the code to open the gate and the unit is pretty spacious. Also, AC controlled, so our things will not grow mold.

Price isn't bad either for a 10x15!

I needed to move out of my storage and spent all of my cash to get an emergency flight for my son and I to say goodbye to my grandmother in the rush of everything I forgot my keys to the storage I couldn't pay for another month nor could they help me till I paid for it and so I had a family member break my lock to get my belongings as everyone was morning I know it's business but from human to human a little understanding and sympathy goes a long way I will never use this company again not only that but they keep raising the price and my stuff had rodents and bug feces on it that's not how my stuff went in to begin with
