Customer service manager was perfect and the accommodation is perfect

If you are a Becon College student, this storage is very close from campus. You can reserve space on line and they will give you instructions to get there and how to get to your space. All super easy and the staff is super helpful. Will definitely will use them in the future!

Had difficulty with the whole “on-line “ reservation. So they offered an additional 15% off the monthly fee. Tried to use it and would not let me. Also I have a ton of these “anti-break in” locks but they would not let me use my own. You have no option, you must buy theirs at $18 a pop. I can understand the protection insurance.
Couldnt get an answer on if that was a one time charge or monthly billing, the girl seemed too be busy and was getting irritable with me.
So far not impressed.

It's easy to reserve a unit and it's easy to get through the gate very friendly people.

MY FRIENDS I HAVE 2 STORAGE UNITS HERE I GOT BEHIND ON ONE STORAGE UNIT CAUSE MY BROTHER PASSED AWAY I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER TO LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE LATE AND WHAT HAVE HAPPENED TO MY BROTHER . AND TOMD MANAGER I CAN MAKE A PAYMENT NOW BUT HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST ME TO MAKE IT ON THE FIRST OF AUGUST SHE SAID THEIR WOULD BE A SMALL LATE FEE I SAID THEN I THANK YOU GUYS WE WILL PAY IT ON THE FIRST WELL JULY 30 I GET AND EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING THEIRS A 111.00 LIEN FEE AND A LATE FEE TOTAL 348.00 ALL MY CALLS ARE RECORDED AND, I CALLED THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID I AM NOW 41 DAYS LATE ITS AUTOMATIC CHARGES THE 111.00 LIEN FEE AFTER 30 DAYS . EVERYONE GO TO U-HAUL STORAGE OR ANYWHERE BUT HERE THEY LIE TO YOU THEY ARE INHUMAN BUT I DONT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE I LOOSE MY BROTHER AND IF I DONT PAY 2 MONTHS PLUS THE 111.00 AND LATE FEE 348.00 I WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING. I KNOW WHY THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT THE 111.00 CAUSE THEY ARE INHUMAN. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Here is a picture of my brother. Read the reply from the owners damn they really are stupid
