So far so bad! The manager is flat out uncaring. Unsympathetic to us common folks that sometimes have issues. Was told multiple times * I just don't care'. Don't believe the smile upfront it's clearly superficial and a different story later. Remember people sometimes you're the only person who can help your fellow man. A small concession could help another or UTTERLY encourage the downward feeling. Please never miss the opportunity to be kind and not just dump your situation or mood on them because it's convenient. Please pray for this lady.
