Such a relief! The last four times I dealt with Public Storage, it was just so aggravating. The offices are rarely open. There was nobody there to give me a tour. Reserving a rate online does NOT reserve the space. Tried to contact the office and was routed through India, then transferred to the local office and nobody answered. My local office did not accept cash. But by God, if you make a reservation online, they will call and email and text and bug the hell out of you for your business. CubeSmart was a huge difference. Large, secure building. Ample-sized parking lot for large box trucks. Ms. Sandy in the office knew exactly what size unit I need for my stuff. She gave me a tour of the facilities and was very friendly and informative. At the time, I did not have enough on my debit card and was able to pay in cash on the spot and start storing immediately. The whole process took less than 15 minutes (including the tour). So happy I found this place and HIGHLY recommend.
