Lady in office was so nice on phone when I inquired about a storage unit and was so helpful as to assist me with reserving it ,and when I walked in the office she greeted me with a smile and was amazing, walked me to the unit to look at first and was very delighted with how clean it was, I could keep going on about this place and the lady in the office but would take too much time,but I would definitely recommend any of my family or friends to use cube smart storage

Chose due to proximity to my apartment. Reserved and paid online. Email stated office closed at 6p. Walked in at 10 minutes to 5p with no one in office. Woman walked in with a snow shoveland was rude. Stated it was closing time. Explained I had done everything online. Asked about the lock, that I had paid for. She stated it was in the unit, but handed me a bag with a key in it and said to leave it at the unit, if there was one in the unit. Snowed the previous day and the property was not cleared by 6p the following day? If I were not in such a bind, I’d go elsewhere.

Update: received generic response from corporate. Guess I’ll follow up and see what happens.

Next day, Sunday, still snow covered… Oh and mouse droppings in my unit! Had to purchase Tomcat and will place bug baits.
