It was so extremely easy to book to the storage room. Everything was done and paid for online in 10-15 minutes. I didn't even have to do anything in person to start. I needed the facility for 2 months, and the flexible plans were perfect and the price was decent. The only thing I would say to improve was the lock on the door to the storage area. It probably was the first time it was used, and the lock was hard to remove because of its newness/lack of use. After a few times in and out, though, it was totally fine. Thank you for the easy process.

BEWARE! Don't try to reserve a spot, they allow you to reserve a space, then email you allowing you to pay now, but they change the date on your reservation and ENTRAP you into paying early. They purposely change your reservation date so you 'accidentally' pay more, and then won't do anything about it.
