CubeSmart Self Storage

I was charged a week after I moved out even though I had notified the manager. Still have not been refunded and they are unresponsive to my emails.

Edit: I contacted the “help” email from the cubesmart reply. I’ve gotten no reply, to no surprise of mine. Reached out to manager again, no reply. When I contact customer support via chat they won’t help. They say they tell the manager to contact me, but they’ve been ignoring me from the start, so they simply don’t reach out. I’ve been trying to get in touch all week with anyone and nothing. Cubesmart is as untrustworthy as they come. I guess I will start contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Clean storage facility and well protected. The location is very convenient near Polaris Mall.
Two gates and more exit doors made the access units very easy.

Staff is kind, access is smooth. Got big size in better price comparatively

The establishment is clean and well protected and conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend it!!
