Excellent customer service! Beyond 5 star rating! Very thorough and polite. Storage unit was clean. Recommend Holt Road location to anyone needing storage facility.

Great product (the unit itself). But increasing our storage unit price up almost 75 bucks with not even having it for 6 months was definitely a negative moving part for me. I believe (just my opinion) that CubeSmart should honor the contract price for at least 12 months and then if they feel they need to up the price so be it. But having it for a few months then the dramatic price increase was a no for me. Not on here to bash but they wanted my reason for not renewing it. Would be nice if there was some kind of honor system or grace for companies for the first year. But that’s just the way the world is right now. Just speaking the truth on why we left the unit. Google wanted my opinion. This is my honest reason for leaving. Whether you want to hear it or not Jesus is the only way to Heaven. We are living in those times people. Seek and get to know Him before it’s too late!

Where do I start. The bushes around the sign and flagpole are overgrown and unkempt. The weeds around the buildings and cracks are growing through the pavement and not sprayed or trimmed. I was told all vehicles have to be in good running order but there is a CRV beside my spot that has flat tires and hasn't moved one in over a year and a half. Also the manager of the southwest shop has a Pontiac G6 parked in his spots up front that is an eyesore and has flat tires and again hasn't moved in over a year. The storage parking spots pricing keeps going up yet no maintenance is being done, you can't see the spot numbers and half the spots you can't even see the guidelines for that spot. Attempted to address with the district manager and she was extremely rude to me after being a customer for over a year and a half and never missing a payment and being autopay. She clearly has no concern about what her paying customers are concerned about. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

Online set up is super easy! Clean buildings! Our first storage experience and it's been great so far. Although we didn't have frequent contact, all contact was pleasant, up to the end!
