CubeSmart Self Storage

Everything went well. The place was nice and clean. However, the receptionist was very RUDE. I had to wait for the movers to arrive with my furniture and she said i could not wait in the office. I had to wait outside in the cold weather for 4 hours. Aĺso i got several different answers about whether or not i needed to bè there for the actual move. I am in a wheelchair and it difficult to travel. When ì called ahead of time and spoke with someone they said i hàd to bè there bùt the receptionist said i didnt. They need to get their rules straight!!

The staff is very helpful. The space is easy to work with, loading and unloading is inside and near elevators.

Kerston was very friendly and kind.
