recently had the pleasure of working with John at cubeSmart, and I was thoroughly impressed. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my storage needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend this storage facility and especially John to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient storage solution.

Communication at this location sucks as well as customer service it’s never anyone on site and they always hanging up the phone I don’t recommend

I can tell you the front desk clerk doesn’t understand the meaning of Customer Service. I would never refer anyone. I used them pushing on two years.

Customer service is the support an organization provides to customers before, during, and after they buy or use a product or service. The goal of customer service is to create a positive experience for customers and build long-term relationships with them
