Everyone from the phone call to the very lovely lady at the front desk made renting pleasant. I highly recommend CubeSmart.

This is an absolute joke to rent from here. This is the biggest rip off. They raise rents whenever they want. There is one nice person that works at the facility. The rest are rude. Do not rent from them!!! I called around to different storage facilities and the managers all heard the same complaints about cube smart. There is much cheaper and nicer places to rent from. Most of the reviews are not real or they gave them free storage for a month if they wrote something nice in their review. In addition, when I was cleaning out my unit and moving stuff I found a dead rat in my stuff. Their response to my review was even a joke. They say reach out to them. I reached out to them before writing this and they said their is nothing I can do. They could have not kept raising rates for starters. Then not finding dead rats going through my stuff would have been great. Happy they were dead. Thank god I am a teacher who has off for two weeks. The weather going to be decent for ohio, so I am just moving. It will save me money. The person exact words when reaching out were I understand but there is nothing I can do. They responded to this review is to make themselves look good. Promise they definitely dont care about you as the consumer. If I could give negative stars I would. Renters beware!
